The SeQuenX Contract System is an internal platform for drafting, approving, signing and renewing business agreements in one governed workflow. Teams build contracts from approved templates, complete the commercial terms, and issue them to the counterparty for electronic signature — without leaving the system or losing track of a version.
Every step is recorded. Administrators can see when a contract was created, when the recipient opened it, when each signature was applied, and when the term expires. Renewals are linked back to the original agreement, so the history of a relationship stays in one place rather than scattered across inboxes and shared drives.
It is built for the people who carry contract work every day: legal, human resources, finance and operations teams who need agreements to move quickly while keeping a defensible record. Administrators manage templates, branding and onboarding requests; counterparties receive a secure link where they submit their details and sign.
The system is designed, built and maintained in-house by the SeQuenX team. Contracts, signatures and audit history live in the application's own secure data store, and all outbound email is sent through the company's own mail infrastructure.
